Bark

Mt. Hood is the most visited national forest in Oregon and its peak is the most frequently climbed in the nation. Mt. Hood supplies more than one-third of all Oregonians with our drinking water. Yet much of Mt. Hood forest is unprotected and logging is frequently allowed in sensitive areas. Bark is protecting this unique natural resource by monitoring logging projects, public education, direct legal challenges to destructive logging projects, and volunteer leadership development.
