Northwest Constitutional Rights Center is a group of community activists and public interest attorneys working to safeguard the rights of political activists, communities of color, immigrants and other vulnerable populations. Through grassroots advocacy and education NWCRC is working to create true police accountability and ending racial profiling tactics used by the Portland Police.
