Our Fall 2010 grant applications are now available, and we've started receiving requests for application packets from grassroots social change groups across the state.

Groups can apply for grants of up to $20,000 from MRG's General Fund. There are three different categories of grant with different limits and requirements -- you can learn more about our General Fund grants here. Applications are due Friday, September 3, 2010 by 5 PM (or postmarked by that date).

Who Can Apply?

MRG Foundation funds grassroots groups with budgets under $500,000 who are working for social change in Oregon. We do not fund individuals or work happening outside Oregon. Use our "Are We Eligible?" page to figure out if your group can apply. If you're eligible, you can take the next step in applying for a grant.

Who is MRG?

McKenzie River Gathering funds Oregon groups working to promote human rights, protect the environment and advance racial and economic justice. In 2009 we made over $600,000 in grants to grassroots organizations. Since our founding in 1976, we have provided over $11 million in grants.
