Groundwork Portland is a network of organizations and individuals focused on the principles of environmental, social, and economic justice. They organize in low-income communities to improve the physical environment, enhance quality of life, and increase economic stability through local action by getting local residents, youth, businesses, government, and other organizations involved in practical projects.
